Creation and coordination

• There is no general solution for implementing and managing a network.
• Each company needs its own vision and strategy and a project plan to start a network.
• But what is needed for all these projects is an internal coreteam, which will make the network grow in future.

• Consultation for creating your network e.g. project development, initial workshop and coaching for the core team
• Facilitation of network meetings.
  For these meetings it is essential to create a climate in which people start to talk which each other and work together. That needs the development of a common culture based on trust.

Short, intensive workshop for professional management consultants, trainers, coaches and therapists – approach tailored to specific fields.

Course content is based on a long experience in various areas of coaching, counseling and process consulting. Participants learn in small groups through interactive exercises and continuous feedback with personal attention from a professional, native English-speaking trainer.
