Alle reden von ‚schneller, höher, KI‘. Ich habe 2025 die Ausbildung zur KI-Beraterin gemacht – vor allem, um zu verstehen, was wir nicht delegieren dürfen. Und um Zeit zu gewinnen: Zeit, die wir brauchen, um Menschen in existenziellen Krisen besser zu unterstützen.

In meiner Arbeit mit Psychologinnen in Kriegsgebieten und mit NGOs unter wirtschaftlichem Druck geht es immer um dasselbe: Anpassung, Kreativität und den Mut zur Neuausrichtung. Was ich dort lerne, gebe ich in meinen internationalen Lehrsupervisionsgruppen und Seminaren weiter – nicht als fertige Lösung, sondern als gemeinsame, offene Fragestellung.

Besonders berühren mich die Einzelsupervisionen und Abschlussarbeiten, die mitten im Krieg neue Wege beschreiten. Mein tiefster Dank gilt meinen ukrainischen Student:innen. Ich denke in diesen Tagen intensiv an euch. Danke für euer Vertrauen und eure unbändige Motivation – wir alle können von euch lernen.

Everyone is talking about “faster, higher, AI.” In 2025, I trained as an AI consultant—primarily to understand what we should not delegate. And to gain time: time that we need to better support people in existential crises.

In my work with psychologists in war zones and with NGOs under economic pressure, it’s always about the same thing: adaptation, creativity, and the courage to reorient. I pass on what I learn there in my international teaching supervision groups and seminars—not as a ready-made solution, but as a shared, open question.

I am particularly moved by the individual supervision sessions and final theses that break new ground in the midst of war. My deepest thanks go to my Ukrainian students. I am thinking of you intensely these days. Thank you for your trust and your unbridled motivation—we can all learn from you.

I wish you all peaceful holidays and a better year for all of us in 2026.
